Leadership

Kari Willett is the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope. She holds her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Murray State University and is a 20-year veteran in the field. She possesses a variety of experience in both settings as well as clientele served. She has worked in an assortment of sites ranging from schools and clinics to nursing homes. She has expertise with a variety of clients ranging from toddlers to the elderly and diagnoses from autism spectrum disorder to dysphagia.

She is a native St. Louisan who resides with her husband and daughter. As a family, they enjoy being active whether it’s playing at the park, ice skating, taking in a Cardinals game, or hiking at the many trails in the St. Louis and surrounding areas.

She brings a depth of knowledge and passion for Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and an understanding of what it takes to cultivate a rich culture of inclusivity and belonging. She is excited to lead Therapy Relief at Hope and walk alongside the wonderful therapists.
