Hope Collaborative Support Services
Who We Are
Hope Collaborative Support Services (CSS) is designed to meet the needs of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. People with developmental disabilities often have co-occurring behavioral difficulties or mental illness, so CSS exists to provide supports for crisis situations.
CSS consists of multiple Support Teams who provide community-based support and consultation services; the multidisciplinary teams, comprised of skilled clinicians in varied fields, bring a wealth of expertise to crisis prevention and intervention.
Support Teams provide client-specific training on behavioral interventions, de-escalation techniques, and communication techniques to combat any shortage of resources, funding, or infrastructure to aid persons with disabilities. Support Teams also work to connect each person with additional resources while increasing communication between varied service providers.
By connecting people to care, CSS creates a holistic continuum of support for people in crisis.
