Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Therapy Relief at Hope employs licensed therapists who specialize in speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, musical therapy and physical therapy to provide these services. The mission of Therapy Relief at Hope is to be the first-choice provider through service, excellence, and integrity.

Job duties:

  • Assess individual’s performance and implement treatment based on established goals.
  • Serves, communicates, and consults as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintains detailed records and compiles written progress reports and treatment plans, as needed.
  • Provides guidance and training to parents/guardians, teachers and/or caretakers.
  • Participates in ongoing treatment meetings, as well as staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Supervises Registered Behavior Technicians and graduate students pursuing BCBA credentials.

Minimum requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from a BACB approved program.
  • Credentialed (and licensed if applicable) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed with insurance companies
  • Has met Supervisor requirements per the BACB

Occupational Therapist

Speech & Language Pathologist

Full-time, Part-time

Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist at Therapy Relief at Hope will work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Speech consultation services and speech therapies will focus on establishing communicative independence.

Based out of Chesterfield, MO, Therapy Relief at Hope provides skilled therapy services to children and adults, in homes and schools. Services include speech, physical, occupational, behavior, and music therapies. Therapy Relief at Hope employs licensed therapists who specialize in speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, musical therapy and physical therapy to provide these services. Under supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope and the lead SLP, the Speech-Language Pathologist will:

  • Assess each individual’s performance and implement treatment based on established goals.
  • Serve, communicate, and consult with others as a member of a cohesive interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain detailed records, compiling written progress reports and treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide guidance and training to parents/guardians, teachers, and/or caretakers.
  • Participate in ongoing treatment meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.


Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an approved school of hearing and speech-language pathology and possession of a Missouri license in audiology or speech-language pathology.
  • CCC-SLP or CFY eligible.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software applications.
  • Background clearance, physical, and drug/alcohol screening.
